The Poll of the month : Suzanne Tamim Trial

Do you remember the Suzanne Tamim controversial trial ?? On the next 21st of May 2009 not only Egypt but the Arab world will be watching the trail of Suzanne Tamim and will be waiting to hear the judge’s final verdict.
The final verdict won’t be the end in the Suzanne Tamim murder saga because whether the accused will be found guilty or not , there will be a huge media circus in town. The publishing ban will be lifted I believe and thus the media will be mad in covering the story as they did last year.
I wonder what the verdict will be. Gossip political columnists were claiming  in the past months that Ahmed Ezz was playing some economic political blackmail game with HTM in simple terms “Medinaty city for freedom” and HTM is refusing to have this arm twisted.
Still this is not an indicator of anything because Farid El-Dib is a devil advocate and he wants to prove the innocence of El-Sokary to prove the innocence of his client. It is worth to mention that the lawyer who loves the lights was so quiet in the last couple of months , it is not a strange thing, he is taking millions of pounds for this case , some are saying that he will receive the highest fees taken in Egyptian judicial system history ever !!!
I am so curious to know what the final verdict will be , taking in consideration if both HTM and El-Sokary will be found guilty , they can appeal.
The prosecution demands the maximum penalty on both of them ; the maximum penalty will be execution for both of them.
The case is not just a simple homicide case , but there are many implications as some of you know it very well : Political, economic and even diplomatic implication. It is too freaking difficult.
Anyhow I spoke too much , I hope that I refreshed the memory of some about the case , now here is my poll or rather my question for the coming couple of week :
